TYPE OF TRAINING: On ice with player practice component + goalie instructor + dryland

Work 1-1 with a dedicated instructor while taking part in many high frequency practice drills. JP Vigier brings an elite skill level on ice which will challenge you in each rep you take. In addition, this program offers dryland to ensure you are ready physically fit to meet demands of high performance.
